A new, 4 story, 43,000 SF academic/law building, constructed of concrete slabs on composite steel deck and wide-flange beams on a foundation of drilled concrete caissons and grade beams. The design challenges included tiered seating for a mock courtroom, a two-story atrium, and site logistics between two existing structures.

Design for a 13,000 SF, two story, new academic wing,
including renovations of the existing science/cafeteria building
and selective renovation of the original building.

This residential and entertainment complex is located directly adjacent
to Temple University's main campus. The new development
encompasses nearly two city blocks with a 1200 bed/12 story student
housing facility and a 90,000 SF retail and entertainment facility. |

Temple University - Tyler School of Art
Philadelphia, PA
This new, $75 million home for the Tyler School of Art
will consist of approximately 250,000 GSF and be
two full stories with a basement and a partial third story.
The world-class facility, incorporating a variety of
art-related spaces including studios, workshops and
exhibition galleries, is expected to be completed in 2008. |
